Withdrawals

Users with outstanding loans may partially withdraw the collateral so long as the Bank remains sufficiently collateralized. Once the ZUSD loan has been fully repaid, and the ZUSD loan outstanding is equal to 0, users may completely withdraw their collateral. As ZUSD is paid back to Citizen, this ZUSD is burnt and removed from circulation.
