Citizen DAO Treasury

Revenue from operating activities accrue to the Citizen DAO Treasury. The DAO may elect to use these proceeds to fund any necessary operating expense for hiring or scaling, or choose to return profit to Citizen shareholders, which are the holders of the staked CTZ token.
